General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop Avenor.Store.
2. Contracting parties and conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Avenor.ae.
By placing the product in our online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for this item. You can initially place our product in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.
3. Contract language and storage of the contract text.
The available languages for concluding the contract are German and English. We save the contract text and send you the order confirmation and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Delivery conditions.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply.
We ship within the EU and the US within the specified delivery times. Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.
We do not deliver to packing stations.

7. Right of withdrawal
Cancellation policy for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day

on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered as a single order;

on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;

on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avenor, Am Hammfelddamm 4a, 41460 Neuss, Germany, email: Avenor@customer.gmail.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
Grounds for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods which are liable to spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
9. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will assist us in asserting our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
